The Garden is a short film inspired by Clarice Lispector’s short story “Love”, reimagined within the surreal, synthetic space of fashion retail. During a routine shopping trip, a young woman drops her phone and cracks its reflective screen. This small accident sends her into a strange, sensory spiral through the hyperreal landscape of late-capitalist desire. Amid its mirrors and distorted reflections, she encounters her blind doppelgänger and experiences the terrifying and fascinating possibility of not being perceived.
